States Where it is Illegal to Buy CBD Oil

Unfortunately, there are still states that haven’t changed with the times and do not know what CBD oil is or it benefits.  Luckily, though, there are only 4 states where it is illegal, and some will have a decision on this year’s ballot:

  1. Nebraska: Nebraska has two measures to get CBD oil legal. With 7% of voter signatures, The Nebraska Marijuana Decriminalization Initiative and the Nebraska Right to Cannabis Initiative may get the use of cannabis on the ballot.
  2. Kansas: Unlike other states, residents cannot introduce or pass legislation. Therefore, it is totally illegal to use, sell, or buy CBD oil in Kansas.
  3. South Dakota: CBD oil was added to the list of controlled substances. In South Dakota, it is completely illegal to buy, use, or sell CBD oil in this state.
  4. Idaho: Supporters of CBD are in the process of collecting 48,793 valid signatures to approve the sale and use of CBD oil.

If CBD oil is not legal in your state, make sure you get out there and vote! CBD oil is not marijuana.

There are many benefits of using CBD oil which include help with: stress, anxiety, pain, schizophrenia, epilepsy, PTSD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, nausea, heart health, depression, diabetes, a cancerous growth, IBS, Insomnia, substance abuse, psoriasis, quitting smoking, and neurodegenerative diseases.
