Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders Above $75 USD!
For everywhere else, standard international shipping fees apply. These are always shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order - no hidden costs, ever.
Most orders arrive within 4-9 business days, Monday through Saturday.
Once we’ve packed your order and handed it over to our delivery partner (within 1-3 days), you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel’s journey all the way to your door.
Changed your mind? It happens! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Just send us a message at contact@nuvelio.com , and we’ll walk you through the process. Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with all packaging and tags included.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
