At Nuvelio, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to make it easy — from start to finish.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nuvelio.com. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective. See below for our defect conditions.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@nuvelio.com so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.
What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following are not classified as quality or defective issues:
- Sizing — Size-related returns are not quality issues. Please allow for a 2–3 cm measuring discrepancy due to manual measurement. We strongly recommend consulting our size chart before purchasing, as our team can only provide general sizing guidance.
- Minor fabric variations — Loose threads, raw edges, fabric texture, or slight color differences due to monitor display settings are not considered defects.
- Personal preference — Dissatisfaction with style, color, fit, or a change of mind does not qualify as a defect.
- Customer-caused damage — Damage resulting from use, washing, improper care, self-repair, or modifications is not covered.
- Size variation between items — Due to differences in design and cut, slight size variations may exist between items of the same size. Always refer to the item's actual measurements.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, reach out to us at contact@nuvelio.com.
Important Notes
- Do not send returns to the sender's address on your package — this is not our return address and will delay your refund.
- Please double-check your return package to ensure no non-Nuvelio items are included by mistake. We cannot be held responsible for returning such items to you.
- Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
