#1 Healthy Chocolate Chip & Mint Smoothie 

Chocolate Chip & Mint Smoothie

this cold, delicious drink is good for all year round, but especially during the holidays. Whip up a Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie to go along with your pumpkin pie, Christmas cookies, or any other holiday treat. Healthy and yummy!

  • One cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Silken Tofu
  • one Banana (frozen)
  • Half an Avocado
  • Two servings of CBD oil
  • A half cup of fresh Spinach
  • Two tbsp of Chocolate Chips
  • Spearmint Extract (for added flavor)

Add all of your ingredients into your blender, except the Chocolate Chips. Blend until smooth (add Spearmint Extract to taste). Add your Chocolate Chips and blend for a few seconds - you only want them chopped a bit and not pureed. Top with whipped cream if you choose.

This is a yummy and healthy snack for everyday consumption or for special events. The CBD Oil Mint Fudge is sure to be enjoyed by everyone and is pretty easy to make.

  • One cup Pitted Dates
  • Two tbsp Cocoa Butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
  • Half cup Almond Butter, unsweetened
  • Two servings CBD Oil
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Spearmint Extract (for added flavor)

Soak the Dates in hot water for approximately five minutes to soften them (save the water in case you need to thin out your fudge). Add all of your ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until you have a thick paste.

Line a pan with parchment paper and spoon your mix onto the pan. Using a spatula, spread out your mix, making it as even as possible. Place your pan into the freezer for about 20 minutes, or until it’s hardened. Remove from the pan and cut into squares. You can keep any leftovers in the fridge or freezer for later.

#3 Mint Coconut Butter Cups 

This is a healthier version of a popular treat. The Mint Coconut Butter Cups are very simple to make and your family is sure to love them! The addition of CBD Oil with the spearmint takes them to a whole new level during the holidays.

  • ½ cup Coconut Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • ½ cup Semi-Sweet Cocoa Powder
  • Two servings CBD Oil

Insert liners into cupcake pan.

Mix the CBD Oil and Coconut Oil in a bowl. Whisk in the Semi-Sweet Cocoa Powder until smooth.

Add a ¼ cup of mix to each section. Place in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes, or until hardened.

Remove from the refrigerator and spoon 1 tbsp of the melted Coconut Butter into each cup, working quickly since the chocolate mix with start to melt.

Place back into the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes or until hardened.

#4 CBD Holiday Bars

These cookie bars include all the wonderful tastes of the holidays. CBD Holiday Bars are sure to liven up the dessert table at any function, or even as an after-school snack.

  • 1 cup Graham Crackers, crumbled
  • 1 cup Graham Crackers, pieces
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup Coconut, flakes
  • 1 cup Caramel Chips
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 can Condensed Sweetened Milk (14 oz.)
  • 2 servings CBD Oil

Preheat your oven to 325°. Lightly spray non-stick cooking spray onto a large pan (11x7).

Mix your Butter and CBD Oil in a bowl. Add the crumbled Graham Crackers and mix well. Pour your mix into your pan, making sure it is spread out evenly.

Next, sprinkle your Graham Cracker pieces on top and press down firmly.

Pour your Condensed Sweetened Milk on top of the Graham Cracker pieces.

Follow up by layering the Chocolate Chips, Caramel Chips, Walnuts and Coconut on top. You may choose to leave some aside in case there are any spaces to fill in once it’s done the cooking.

Once all the ingredients are in your pan, press firmly again.

Bake for 25 minutes. Remove and fill in any gaps, then bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove and cool before cutting and serving.

#5 Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

What holiday function would be complete without cookies? Try these Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies, infused with our CBD Oil, and you may never eat store-bought again!

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Sugar, white
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Hot Water
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 2 servings CBD Oil
  • Spearmint Extract (for added flavor)

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix Butter, CBD Oil, Brown Sugar, and Sugar in a bowl. Add each egg separately and beat gently until smooth. Add the Vanilla Extract and mix.

Combine your Baking Soda with the Hot Water, then add to the batter. Add Salt and mix.

Gently add your Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and Walnuts, followed by the Flour.

Drop large spoonfuls of mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Cool before serving.

    This is a wonderful, informative post! I have often been questioned about whether hemp products I use such as hemp seed oil and hemp milk are safe and how they relate to the marijuana plant. I never knew the answer to these questions except to say that they are a different part of the plant that doesn’t contain THC. Now I truly understand the difference! Thank you
